Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Hardware

  Place the modem or router in its original packaging, ensuring all power adapters, Ethernet cables, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
